This year we at Camping Lucherino started using Campoza as our booking system, and we are extremely pleased with it. The system is clear, functional, and offers many possibilities. Since February 2026 we have been using Campoza. The year before (our first year as campsite owners) we did everything by hand.
Since switching to Campoza's automation system, it saves us an enormous amount of time — less emailing, fewer lists, and fewer phone calls. Guests can now check availability at the campsite or in the nature house themselves and make their own reservations, while immediately seeing the cost of their stay.
In Campoza we can also send messages to guests when needed, which I find very convenient. The plan board and dashboard provide an overview of occupancy and arriving and departing guests per day, with all kinds of details such as number of persons, pitch number, and outstanding payments.
We were able to start using Campoza right away, and it was set up to our wishes at no extra cost. You learn to use Campoza quickly and easily just by trying it out. If you have questions, there is an extensive help function with a large database of answers. If we don't understand something or find something inconvenient, we can easily communicate with René or Leon about it and always receive a response within a few hours.
Campoza offers the ability to export booking and invoice data to an Excel sheet, giving you a quick overview of revenue, VAT, and tourist tax. It also provides the ability to analyze the data.
We are extremely satisfied with Campoza, especially because René and Leon never stop developing it and think along with us on how to improve administrative processes — leaving us more time to connect with our camping guests.
