Your privacy is very important to Campoza. We therefore comply with all relevant privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR). This means that we:

- Store as little personal data as possible, and only what is necessary for our purposes;
- Explicitly request your consent for processing your personal data when consent is required;
- Take necessary security measures to protect your personal data. We also impose these obligations on parties that process personal data on our behalf;
- Respect your rights, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data that we process.
Your data is safe with us, and we will always use it responsibly. In this privacy statement, we explain what we at Campoza do with the information we collect about you.

Your Account
For certain parts of our services, you need to register first. You will need to provide information about yourself and choose a username. We will then create an account for you, which you can log into using that username and a password of your choice.
We use the following data for this purpose:
- Name, address, and city (NAW data);
- Telephone number;
- Billing address;
- Email address;
- Payment details;
- Gender;
- Date of birth.
We require this information due to the contract we have with you. We retain this information for up to three months after you have deleted your account. We keep this data so you do not need to re-enter it every time and so we can contact you more easily if necessary. You can modify your information through your account at any time.
Sending Newsletters
We have a newsletter, and you will only be added to the subscriber list with your consent. The newsletter contains news, tips, and information about our products and services. For this, we use your:
- Name, address, and city (NAW data);
- Email address.
We process this data based on your consent. We store this data until you cancel your subscription.
The newsletter is sent by email whenever we have relevant updates. Its content may include:
- New features;
- Future roadmap;
- Tips & Tricks;
- Customer stories;
- Events;
- New integrations.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
Subscription
You can take out a paid subscription with Campoza, where we use your personal data to handle the payment. For this, we use your:
- Name, address, and city (NAW data);
- Billing address;
- Email address;
- Payment details.
We require this information due to the contract we have with you. We store this information until you cancel your subscription. Certain customer data is kept longer due to the statutory tax retention obligations.
Contact Form
You can use our contact form to ask questions or submit requests. For this, we use your:
- Name, address, and city (NAW data);
- Telephone number;
- Email address.
We require this information due to the contract we have with you. We keep this data until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and for three months thereafter. This way, we can easily refer to the information in case of follow-up questions and improve our customer service.
Marketing
We would like to send you promotional messages about offers and new products or services. We do this:
- By email.
You can object to this marketing at any time. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also manage your preferences through your account.
Disclosure to Other Companies or Institutions
With the exception of parties necessary to provide the above-mentioned services, we do not share your personal data with other companies or institutions unless we are legally required to do so (for example, if the police request it in case of suspected criminal activity).
Statistics
We keep statistics about the use of our services, but these data are always anonymized.

If you feel that we are not helping you properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In the Netherlands, this is the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
